Our Story​

Richard Engineering Solutions is a structural engineering consulting firm in northwest Tennessee with experience in designing a wide variety of structural systems. Marneshia Richard started RES full-time in 2023. Before starting the firm, she worked for a government agency that specialized in flood control structures. Marneshia has gained valuable structural engineering experience throughout her career. Her hard work, positive attitude, passion and professional expertise provide her with the ability to tackle most structural engineering problems.
